  This is the first time that I have owned a car where the dealership initiated a phone call to me to let me know about recalls and set up an appointment. Not only did they do the recall work, they did a couple of other things at very reasonable prices and even cleaned my car. I was so pleasantly surprised!

  My wife and I were promptly greeted by Chris (only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1) and quickly handed over to some dude in a light blue polo (never introduced himself) with zero personality. He moved us to the showroom floor, popped the trunk on the model we were interested in, and walked to his computer. The only question we were asked was if we wanted to trade in our vehicle. No sales pitch, no interest in our personal situation, or what we were looking for. Dude didn't even pretend to care. I told him we were there to look and research. I mentioned we were about a year out from making a decision. The salesman said "ok" and walked away.
  
  My wife and I continued to check out the vehicle without any oversight or guidance from the sales staff. The salesman continued to ignore us until I walked up and let him know I had some questions. Here's how the Q & A went:
  
  Q: What incentives do you offer and could you explain them?
  A: "$1500; military and stuff."
  
  Q: Do you offer anything different than the folks in Pensacola?
  A: "Nope; no difference."
  
  Literally the most uninterested salesperson I've ever met. My wife and I felt like an inconvenience on a sales floor that was devoid of customers. I counted at least 5 staff standing around watching TV without offering guidance, assistance, or any shred of support.
  
  My take away: You offer nothing different than the folks in Pensacola; why do I bother with you? You can't even pretend to care about my business. We are in the market and the "1-year out" comment was meant to see if this establishment actually cared about their service. The answer is they don't. We'll gladly take our business to Pensacola.
